Ms. Meissel is President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Vysym Corporation. She has been President and CEO since May 2003. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President for Business Development.

Co-founding Vysym in 1988 and serving as Vice President of Marketing, she spearheaded the company's plan to launch an industry first: automated voice lending technology. TALIS™ ("Telephone Application Loan Information Systems") pioneered the way for other similar automated voice-activated applications. Ms. Meissel's strategy helped shape Vysym as an industry leader and generate a nationwide client base of hundreds of credit unions and banks.

Ms. Meissel served as consultant to the company in the mid-1990s while broadening her experience in various roles and within several sectors. She served as VP of Product Development for EXAMCO, Inc., a financial services certification and training company. She was Director of Marketing at The Aberdeen Group (a multi-practice IT strategic marketing group) and VP of Marketing and Business Development at William George Associates (a PMPR training company).

With over 20 years of experience in technology and financial services, Ms. Meissel has worked with both established companies and start-ups. Ms. Meissel holds a BA in Education and MA in Education from CUNY.

Mr. DeWitt joined Vysym Corporation in August 2003 as Director of Sales. He has more than 20 years of technology and business experience in the telecommunications, call center and credit union industries.

Mr. DeWitt is responsible for driving nationwide sales of the company's flagship Products and Services lines, the TALIS™ Voice Gateway. In addition, Mr. DeWitt is involved in securing new technology partnerships with data processors and other key alliances. He serves as a member of the company's corporate strategic planning and the product enhancement teams.

Prior to arriving at Vysym Mr. DeWitt served as the NE Regional Account Executive for The Maxxar Corporation where he was responsible for maintaining the reseller relationships with credit union data processors USERS and Aftech, as well as selling sophisticated VOIP, call center and audio response systems to the financial services (credit union) industry. He also served as National Technical Manager at Cincom Systems, a global provider of CRM and Call Center Solution installations, as well as Senior Director of Project Services with Truepoint, Inc., a start-up eCRM solution provider in the credit union marketplace.

Mr. DeWitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.
